As a Recruiter for GTM at Workiva
You’ll be on the forefront of our expansion, driving successful execution for a broad spectrum of Go-to-Market (GTM) functions across EMEA. This is a key role focused on effectively attracting top talent to accelerate Workiva’s growth in the region. You'll be a proactive partner to our hiring leaders, a talent consultant and brand ambassador, ensuring we maintain a high standard for talent.
This role is for a fixed period of 6 months from September 2026.
What You'll Do
- Deliver effective execution of hiring goals for Workiva’s GTM functions across EMEA
- Use data and market insights to identify challenges and support positive hiring outcomes
- Support leadership in developing strategies to ensure successful hiring results
- Act as a collaborative partner to hiring leaders to continuously execute and improve hiring practices
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders through clear and transparent communication
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the Workiva brand
- Partner effectively with internal People and Culture teams to drive people success across the organisation
- Contribute to process improvements and projects within the Talent Acquisition organisation
- Act as a talent brand ambassador to continuously support our local and global brand
- Foster an environment of integrity and a commitment to a fair and equitable culture, with an emphasis on our Workiva values

What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of related career experience in recruitment
- Proven capability recruiting for complex roles within SaaS organisations
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes
- Demonstrated success recruiting for various levels within a commercial organisation
- Effective consultation capabilities to advise hiring managers
- Clear ability to manage communication, set expectations, and build rapport with candidates and hiring leaders
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritise against business-critical goals
- Technical proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (Workday and Gem experience is a plus)
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS software organisation
- Experience leveraging productivity, collaboration, and AI platforms in a digital environment
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
- Up to 10% travel may be required for team meetings and events
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
