GTM Recruiter

3-Month Contract (Initially) | Hybrid, London | Embedded

Ryzon is looking for an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our team and embed with one of our high-growth technology clients for an initial 3-month contract.

You’ll take ownership of hiring across their go-to-market organisation, partnering closely with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success and the wider commercial team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to recruit in a fast-moving tech environment. You’ll get close to the business, understand what great looks like, build strong pipelines and drive hiring forward.

The role is hybrid in London, combining time with the client team in their London office with working from home.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM, with a particular focus on Sales, Customer Success and other commercial roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their teams, define hiring requirements and build effective recruitment plans.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • Build talent maps and pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Run structured, efficient recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and close.
  • Keep hiring managers close to the market, providing insight on candidate availability, compensation, competition and any risks to delivery.
  • Drive hiring processes forward, maintaining momentum and holding stakeholders accountable where needed.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and provide clear visibility of pipeline health, hiring progress and potential blockers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, interview structure and ways of working as you embed with the client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working with Ryzon

Ryzon provides embedded talent teams to ambitious technology businesses. Rather than operating like a traditional recruitment agency, we work inside our clients’ businesses as an extension of their team.

That means getting close to the people you’re hiring for, understanding the business properly and taking genuine ownership of delivering the people they need to grow.

You’ll be embedded day-to-day with the client, while also being part of the Ryzon team and having access to the support, tools and experience of the wider business.
