Company Description

Kite Strategies operates a publication network of more than 150 regional and industry outlets, combining publication access with targeted audience distribution. The organization integrates audience definition, narrative development, publication, distribution, and reporting into cohesive campaigns. These campaigns are designed around specific objectives, such as reaching investors, decision-makers, regional markets, sector audiences, and other key stakeholders. Clients receive clear, transparent reporting that shows where coverage appeared, which audiences were reached, and how each campaign performed. Kite Strategies works directly with organizations and in partnership with PR, SEO, and agency teams to maximize impact.

Role Description

The GTM – Strategy Analyst is a full-time remote role focused on supporting go-to-market planning and execution across Kite Strategies’ publication network. In this role, the analyst will gather and interpret campaign performance data, build dashboards and reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for targeting and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with internal and partner teams to define audiences, assess market opportunities, model the impact of different GTM approaches, and support narrative and channel strategy decisions. The analyst will contribute to forecasting, performance reviews, and continuous optimization of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall business strategy. This position requires close collaboration, clear communication of findings, and a proactive approach to improving GTM effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities to interpret campaign data, build reports, and derive insights.
  • Strategic planning skills to support go-to-market frameworks, market assessments, and prioritization of opportunities.
  • Finance and business acumen to understand revenue drivers, unit economics, and performance metrics relevant to GTM decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly to internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
  • Experience in marketing, consulting, media, or a related analytical role is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
