Company Description

Kite Strategies operates a publication network of more than 150 regional and industry outlets, combining publication access with targeted audience distribution. The company’s model integrates audience definition, narrative development, publication, distribution, and reporting to deliver campaigns aligned with clear objectives. These campaigns focus on reaching investors, decision-makers, regional markets, sector audiences, and other key stakeholders. Clients receive transparent reporting that shows where coverage appeared, which audiences were reached, and how each campaign performed. Kite Strategies works directly with organizations and in close partnership with PR, SEO, and agency teams.

Role Description

The GTM Strategy Lead role is a full-time, remote position responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies across Kite Strategies’ publication and distribution network. This role involves defining target audiences, shaping strategic narratives, and translating client objectives into cohesive, multi-channel campaign plans. The GTM Strategy Lead will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including PR, SEO, and agency stakeholders, to align messaging, optimize channel usage, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

  • Market and audience analysis
  • Development of positioning frameworks
  • Creation of campaign briefs
  • Performance review and reporting
  • Ongoing optimization of GTM plans based on data and client feedback

The role also includes contributing to internal best practices, supporting business development efforts with strategic input, and helping refine Kite Strategies’ overall GTM methodology.

Qualifications

  • Strong go-to-market and commercial strategy skills, including market segmentation, audience definition, and positioning development.
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution across digital and publication-based channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and reporting, using insights to optimize narratives, targeting, and channel mixes.
  • Proven collaboration skills working with PR, SEO, marketing, and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex objectives into clear strategic briefs.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, media, communications, or related fields; exposure to investor or executive audiences is a plus.
