GTM Support Assistant

Uniserve is looking for a proactive and organised GTM Support Assistant to join our Global Trade Management team. Working closely with GTM Client Managers, you'll help deliver exceptional service to key customers through reporting, operational support, pricing coordination and account management. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced and growing logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the GTM team and GTM Client Managers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries and supporting issue resolution.
  • Support customer accounts by ensuring all activities are delivered in line with agreed SOPs and customer requirements.
  • Respond to pricing requests and assist with quote preparation and pricing maintenance.
  • Produce and maintain customer dashboards, KPI reporting packs and management information.
  • Analyse operational and KPI data, investigating trends and anomalies to support customer reviews and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams across Ocean, Air, Road, Warehousing, Customs and Finance to support service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer, shipment and compliance data across internal systems.
  • Monitor compliance requirements and ensure actions are completed by relevant stakeholders.
  • Support management fee invoicing and general account administration activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration, customer service, account support or logistics experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify trends and investigate issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or customer account management would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI would be beneficial.
