GTM Systems Engineer
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | Up to £55,000 + Benefits
We're partnered with an exciting tech business in Manchester that's growing quickly and looking to bring in a GTM Systems Engineer to support its commercial teams.
This role sits at the intersection of data, systems and sales, making sure the business has the right information, processes and tools in place to help teams perform at their best. You'll work closely with sales and commercial stakeholders, helping to improve reporting, streamline workflows and maintain the quality of data across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and improving data quality across CRM and GTM platforms
- Supporting data cleansing, enrichment and ongoing database maintenance
- Building reports and dashboards that help commercial teams make informed decisions
- Working closely with sales teams to understand challenges and improve processes
- Supporting lead management, routing and sales workflows
- Collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to improve systems and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and remove bottlenecks
- Helping ensure commercial teams have access to accurate, reliable and actionable data

About You
We're open to people coming from a range of backgrounds, including:
- Sales Operations
- Revenue Operations
- Commercial Analytics
- Data Analytics
- CRM Administration
- Business Intelligence
You'll ideally have experience with:
- Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo or similar
- Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Supporting sales, commercial or customer-facing teams
- Building reports, dashboards and insights from data
- Improving processes and driving efficiencies
- Communicating effectively with a mix of technical and non-technical stakeholders
