We're looking for a GTM Systems Lead to own admin of our core commercial systems, our own instance of Planhat CRM, plus the sales intelligence and enrichment stack (e.g., Demandbase, Cognism, Fathom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar), and to be the person who turns GTM Operations & Strategy's designs into working system logic, keeps our data clean and enriched, and makes sure the right vendors are in the stack for the job.
What we're looking for:
Experience: 5-10 years administering a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and a GTM systems stack at a tech company or fast-growing startup. You've owned systems other people depended on daily.
Technical depth: Hands-on admin experience, building workflows, automation, and integrations, not just using the tools.
Data fluency: Comfortable with data models, enrichment, and quality logic; you know what "clean data" actually requires operationally.
Systems judgment: You can take a process design from GTM Operations & Strategy and build it into the system correctly the first time.
Cross-functional collaboration: Clear communicator who works well with IT and Analytics and the commercial teams who use these systems daily.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Ownership: Reliable point of accountability. When a system breaks or data quality slips, you're the one who catches it and fixes it.
Trajectory
You'll own the systems layer end to end, from the design that lands on your desk through to the day-to-day reliability of everything commercial teams touch. Here's what that looks like:
- Own admin for our instance of Planhat CRM: users, permissions, fields, workflows, and the day-to-day configuration commercial teams depend on.
- Execute GTM Operations & Strategy's designs in-system, including segmentation, deal stages, deal scoring, routing rules, and other logic, translating their process design into working system logic without losing intent.
- Own admin for the sales intelligence & enrichment stack (Demandbase, Cognism, Fathom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.): configuration, licensing, and day-to-day usage support.
- Own data enrichment and quality: monitor coverage, hygiene, and dedupe; evaluate whether current vendors and workflows are still the right ones.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with GTM systems vendors: renewals, new tools, and retiring what's no longer earning its keep.
- Collaborate with IT on integrations, data flows, access, and security across the systems stack.
- Troubleshoot commercial teams' day-to-day systems issues and be the first point of contact when something breaks.
- Document configurations and changes so the stack is auditable and new team members can ramp quickly.

Definition of Success
- Commercial teams trust the data in the systems enough to act on it without double-checking it.
- When something breaks or a design needs to go live, you're the first call, and the fastest fix.
- The systems you administer are reliable, adopted without friction, and accurately reflect what GTM Operations & Strategy designed.
- You know Planhat's systems stack end to end, from CRM to enrichment tools, and you can see where it's fragile before it fails.
- You are finding gaps in data quality or vendor fit and closing them before they become someone else's problem.
