GTM / Early Sales Lead
Compensation: Equity + Commission
Opportunity: London / Hybrid
Stage: Pre-funding, early-stage Climate Tech
About the Company
We are a climate tech startup helping businesses tackle one of the hardest challenges in supply chain decarbonisation: Scope 3 emissions.
For many organisations, Scope 3 represents the largest share of their carbon footprint, yet companies often struggle to turn emissions data into practical, measurable and commercially viable decarbonisation action.
Our mission is to make Scope 3 decarbonisation more measurable, actionable and commercially viable.
We're looking for a hands on, entrepreneurial early sales hire to help build our go to market motion from the ground up, identifying prospects, developing customer relationships, running discovery conversations and closing our first paying customers.
As the company is pre funding, this role is structured as a pure equity and commission-based opportunity, with no base salary during the pre-funding phase. Full details on the equity and commission structure are shared directly with candidates during the interview process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
