Life on the team

Join one of Computacenter's fastest growing customer-facing teams and play a pivotal role in leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing operation.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our customers while driving engagement, performance and continuous improvement across your team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing talent, building strong stakeholder relationships and creating high-performing teams. Whilst experience within technology services is beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership capability

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, engagement and continuous improvement
  • Drive individual and team performance through effective objective setting, coaching and development planning
  • Manage employee relations matters, performance conversations and career development activities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and customer experience through effective team management
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Support organisational growth by developing capability and succession within the team
  • Act as a role model for Computacenter's values and leadership behaviours

What you'll need

  • Proven experience leading and developing people within a customer-facing or operational environment
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills
  • Ability to manage challenging conversations in a constructive and professional manner
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities
  • Experience driving team engagement and performance improvement
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on developing others
  • Experience within service delivery, customer success, operations or managed services environments
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business performance drivers
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
