Client Experience Consultant

This is a rare opportunity to work in the luxury travel sector and join a business who have built a fantastic business with an enviable reputation for supporting clients through every aspect of the booking process (including add-ons, post booking follow ups etc). You will be motivated by providing excellent service, leaving no-stone unturned to make sure the clients stay is a memorable one.

Some of the key responsibilities

  • Support clients through the booking process including tailoring aspects where possible
  • Liaise with client pre and post booking to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Track, manage and accurately record guest payments
  • Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will have

  • Passion and previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A genuine interest in luxury travel and experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities plus strong numeracy skills
  • Highly organised but also able to react calmly to changing priorities

This client offers a supportive working environment, excellent team and extensive benefits as well as an opportunity for career progression. Unlike other hospitality roles, this role doesn’t require early morning or late evening work. The team works Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and one Saturday in 3 which can be done remotely and you will receive a day off in lieu of this day.
