We are extraordinary people creating extraordinary experiences. #extraordinarytogether

Part of The Bicester Collection, Bicester Village doesn't do ordinary. Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our outdoor, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Guest Services team is hiring a Guest Experience Duty Manager.

The role

In this role, you will lead the day to day guest experience operation at Bicester Village, from opening and closing the Village to overseeing key guest facilities and resolving issues in the moment. You'll work closely with teams across Retail, Marketing and Tourism to keep every part of the guest journey running at its best.

Location: Bicester Village, Oxfordshire. Onsite, with flexibility required across evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
