Guest Experience Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist based in United Kingdom.
As a Remote Guest Experience Specialist, you will help clients turn their travel ideas into memorable, personalized experiences.
- Consult with travelers to understand their preferences, interests, budgets, and expectations.
- Research destinations, accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip essentials.
- Manage bookings and provide attentive support before, during, and after each journey.
The role combines customer service, travel planning, sales, and relationship building in a fully remote environment.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to build your client base through networking, social media, and other online channels.

Accountabilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, interests, budgets, and specific requirements.
- Research destinations, accommodations, tours, activities, transportation, and other travel services to create tailored itineraries.
- Coordinate and manage bookings across the different components of a client's trip, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their expectations.
- Deliver personalized customer support before, during, and after travel, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the journey.
- Respond to travel-related questions, changes, and unexpected issues, helping clients find effective solutions when challenges arise.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, seasonal opportunities, promotions, and relevant industry developments.
- Promote travel services and generate new business through social media, networking, referrals, and other online channels.
- Manage your activities independently, maintaining organization and consistently working toward personal and business goals.

Requirements
- Strong customer-service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for helping people create memorable travel experiences.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when coordinating multiple trip components and client requirements.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and taking initiative.
- A sales-oriented mindset with an interest in developing client relationships and growing a customer base.
- Previous experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and online platforms to communicate with clients and support business development.
