Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality. We’re now looking for a proactive Guest Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and elevating every guest interaction.

📌 Role Overview As a Guest Experience Specialist, you’ll be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll provide professional, timely, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Handle guest inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently.
    • Example: Assist guests with check-in instructions, WiFi issues, or early check-out requests.
  • Resolve booking-related issues promptly.
    • Example: Help guests with changes to their reservations, cancellations, or payment concerns.
  • Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary.
    • Example: Coordinate with local teams to address maintenance issues or emergencies.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
    • Example: Provide tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience in their destination.
  • Stay up to date with GuestReady’s systems and processes.
    • Example: Use our internal booking platform to track and manage guest inquiries efficiently.

🛠 What You Need to Succeed

  • Fluency in English & Portuguese (written & spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude in a fast-paced, remote environment.
