GUEST PRODUCER, WE NEED TO TALK

COMPANY: FLIGHTSTORY
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF GUEST BOOKING
LOCATION: LONDON

ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY

We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures and communities.

YOUR MISSION

As Guest Producer, you will play a key role in developing guest strategy and delivering world-class bookings for We Need To Talk and across FlightStory’s slate of New Shows.

You will combine editorial judgement, cultural awareness, and strong relationship-building skills to identify compelling guests, manage the booking process, and create exceptional experiences for guests from first contact through to release.

Working closely with Producers, Researchers, Hosts, and Communications teams, you will help shape conversations that are culturally relevant, emotionally engaging, and aligned with each show’s audience.

You will be responsible for building relationships with agents, managers, and publicists, maintaining a strong guest pipeline, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the quality and ambition of FlightStory’s productions.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, culturally curious, and confident working with high-profile talent in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong editorial instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
