At Langosteria, every detail matters and every guest experience tells a story. We’re looking for a Guest Relations Manager who will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, recognized, and eager to return.

This role is key in creating emotional connections with our guests, managing reservations and seating, and turning every interaction into a memorable moment.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow with precision and care
  • Build strong relationships with regular and VIP guests
  • Handle feedback and special requests with discretion and empathy
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and FOH team to ensure seamless service

Who you are:

  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience in a fine dining environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with a natural sense of elegance and empathy
  • Proactive, problem-solver, and guest-focused mindset
  • Fluent in Italian & English (B2+) – French is a plus (B1+)
