Guest Relations Executive – Waldorf Astoria London (Admiralty Arch)
About the Role
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel, set to open later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark property.

- Location: Situated at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace
- Accommodation: 100 elegant rooms and suites
- Residential: 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Dining: Two signature restaurants
- Coreus by Clare Smyth (Michelin-starred chef)
- Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (world-famous culinary talent)

Role Overview
We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional five-star guest experience, consistently upholding the world-class service standards recognised by Forbes.

Responsibilities (expected for this pre-opening role)
- Collaborate with the founding team to plan, refine, and implement a luxury guest experience protocol for opening the hotel
- Develop strategies to ensure exceptional service standards that align with Waldorf Astoria’s timeless elegance
- Represent the hotelowner brand in internal and client-facing interactions, nurturing long-term relationships
- Support the pre-opening operations, including logistics, training, and client engagement
- Cultivate a guest-centric mindset to deliver personalised, memorable stays
- Ensure compliance with Hilton’s corporate-wide operational and ethical standards
Requirements
- Proven industry experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within premiere five-star hotels or similar high-end environments
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of client service in luxury settings
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with grace and professionalism
- Passionate about excellence and encouraging development within teams
- Columnned willingness to relocate or contribute to non-denominational group life
