Position

Christian Dior Couture offers more than a beautiful brand to our clients; we invite them to be part of the heritage, to share our passion for luxury and to be part of the Dior family. We are currently seeking a Host for the House of Dior in New Bond Street to support the sales team to deliver a seamless journey to our clients. The successful candidate will have considerable experience in front of house or customer service role where they have a genuine desire to deliver service excellence and create a memorable experience for each customer.

Please note: Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility. Available to start immediately and has the right to work in the UK.

Job responsibilities

  • Welcome each of our customers entering the boutique and maintain 100% customer recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
  • Understand customers’ needs and orientate them in the boutique.
  • Act as an ambassador of the boutique and the brand explaining its organisation, its history, its pieces of art, etc.
  • Assist customers with personalised services and respond effectively and at pace to all their needs.
  • Remembering customers' preferences and special needs.
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • Be immaculately dressed and groomed.
  • Learn the best possible manners for every conceivable situation.
  • Assist and work closely with the sales team to ensure all customers’ expectations are met.
  • Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

Profile

  • Previous experience as a Host within a luxury fast paced environment or relevant experience within high end hospitality
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make connections with customers through storytelling and discovering commonalities.
  • Attentive and proactive with exceptional attention to small details.
  • A genuine desire to deliver service excellence.
  • A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
  • Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Additional information

  • Available to start immediately.
  • Must be available for at least 6 months.
  • Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Must have Monday to Sunday flexibility to work.
