YOUR JOB
- You are the primary point of contact for guests regarding questions, requests, and complaints
- You ensure a positive guest journey from first contact to departure
- You handle and respond to online reviews
- You will collaborate closely with housekeeping, F&B, and events teams
- You organise and support guest events & community activities
- You make sure to uphold quality and service standards
YOUR PROFILE
- You have strong communication skills and a genuine service mindset
- You are friendly, have an open personality with a passion for working with international guests
- Working in a team comes easy to you
- You have strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
- You are resilient and flexible including willingness to work shifts, also weekends and public holidays
- You have solution-oriented thinking and solid complaint management skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
