Guest Relations Manager
We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Guest Relations Manager to join Hélène Darroze team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.
Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, our Three Michelin Star restaurant is seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Manager to deliver personalised, intuitive and memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for building strong guest relationships, managing VIP experiences and ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP, regular and returning guests.
- Manage guest feedback, requests and special occasions.
- Work closely with the Reservations and Restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences.
- Support and uphold the restaurant's world-class service standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Reception, Reservations or a similar luxury hospitality role.
- Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star hotel preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a full time role requiring 40 hours per week.
