We're Hiring: Guest Relations Officer
Remote — United Kingdom
Full-Time
Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate
💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month
Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to support guest communication, customer service, and relationship management across the travel and hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer experiences, solving problems, and building positive relationships with guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment supporting customers throughout their travel and hospitality experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their travel or stay
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and service-related issues
- Help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel or hospitality partners
- Maintain accurate guest records and communication
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement
- Support guest loyalty and relationship-building initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers remotely
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guest relations is a plus, but not essential
