Role Description
The Guest Relations Officer is a part-time remote role responsible for delivering courteous and efficient support to customers and visitors engaging with Specialized Chemical Supplies. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring guests receive accurate information about products, orders, and services. The role involves managing virtual reception duties such as routing calls, scheduling online appointments, and maintaining organized records of interactions. The Guest Relations Officer also monitors customer feedback, follows up on concerns, and collaborates with internal teams to support a positive customer experience and uphold service standards.

- Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear, professional information.
- Receptionist Duties experience, including call handling, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple interactions in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with email, video conferencing tools, and customer interaction platforms; basic CRM familiarity is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in industrial, chemical, or B2B environments, is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality, business, or communication is a plus.
