Role Description
The Guest Relations Officer is a part-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. This role involves welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and providing accurate information about balloon safari experiences and sustainable tourism practices. The Guest Relations Officer will coordinate bookings, handle check-in and check-out processes, and maintain clear communication between guests, operations teams, and partner organizations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Responding to phone and email queries
- Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Resolving concerns promptly
- Maintaining updated guest records

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills focused on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, such as handling inquiries, managing bookings, and maintaining organized front-office processes.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or luxury customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Greater London, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing guest needs.
- Proficiency with basic office software and booking or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of or interest in sustainable tourism, wildlife conservation, and East African travel is desirable.
- Relevant education or training in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
