Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch
Seeking an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the pre-opening team for London’s landmark, eight-star Waldorf Astoria, set to open later this year.
Perched at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, this incomparable destination will feature:

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guest relations during opening phase, ensuring a seamless and bespoke supermarket experience
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the guest journey at all touchpoints
- Facilitate relationships with local and corporate clients to drive guest loyalty
- Champion Hilton’s gold-standard service culture, aligning all pre-opening activities with the brand’s luxury identity
- Oversee training and mentorship for the growing guest relations team
Requirements
- Proven leadership in high-end hospitality, with prior experience in luxury hotels or heritage properties preferred
- Extensive track record in exceptional guest relations and conflict resolution
- Fluent public speaking and stakeholder management ability
- Knowledge of crowd flow operations and guest-sour outreach
- Strong team management and employee development skills
