Guest Relations Supervisor – Pre-Opening Role

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch

Seeking an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the pre-opening team for London’s landmark, eight-star Waldorf Astoria, set to open later this year.

Perched at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, this incomparable destination will feature:

  • 100 elegant rooms and suites
  • 17,500 sqft of private residences
  • Two signature restaurants – Coreus by Michelin-starred chef Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead guest relations during opening phase, ensuring a seamless and bespoke supermarket experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the guest journey at all touchpoints
  • Facilitate relationships with local and corporate clients to drive guest loyalty
  • Champion Hilton’s gold-standard service culture, aligning all pre-opening activities with the brand’s luxury identity
  • Oversee training and mentorship for the growing guest relations team

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in high-end hospitality, with prior experience in luxury hotels or heritage properties preferred
  • Extensive track record in exceptional guest relations and conflict resolution
  • Fluent public speaking and stakeholder management ability
  • Knowledge of crowd flow operations and guest-sour outreach
  • Strong team management and employee development skills
