The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is one of London's most iconic Art Deco hotels, perfectly positioned in the heart of Mayfair. Blending timeless elegance with modern luxury, the hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences. From our beautifully appointed rooms and suites to our vibrant restaurants, bars and event spaces, every detail is designed to create memorable moments for our guests.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel and one of the first people our guests meet. You will provide a warm welcome, deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences, respond to guest requests, and create lasting impressions through genuine hospitality and personalized service.

What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high end and discerning international clientele.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A minimum of one to two years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment, with exposure to reception, guest relations, or customer service, is highly desirable.
