We are excited to be recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador for an exciting new Rapport client based in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new operation and be part of creating an exceptional guest experience from the very beginning. As one of the faces of the business, you’ll provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to every guest, ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they arrive.
You’ll work as part of a brilliant team, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and guests while always looking for those little opportunities to go above and beyond.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, shift rota between 7am and 7pm)
Salary: £34,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing
- Provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to all guests and visitors.
- Manage guest arrivals, enquiries and requests, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and attention.
- Build genuine relationships with guests, colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the guest journey and look for opportunities to make every experience memorable.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the reception and front-of-house areas.
- Ensure reception and guest-facing spaces are always presented to an exceptional standard.
- Work closely with your colleagues to share information and provide a seamless service.
- Respond confidently to changing priorities and guest requests throughout the day.
- Look for new and creative ways to continually improve the guest experience.
- Support wider team activities, meetings and events when required.
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally have experience within a corporate reception, luxury hotel, premium airline or another high-end customer service environment.
- Have a genuine passion for people and delivering exceptional service.
- Be warm, engaging and confident, with the ability to build rapport naturally.
- Be proactive and enjoy taking ownership rather than waiting to be asked.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be organised with great attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
- Bring personality, energy and a positive can-do attitude to the team.
