Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a part-time Hotel Reception / Guest Service Assistant.
The perfect candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.
Hours: 24 hours per week (mix of 8hr and 12hr shifts)
Shifts: 2 or 3 shifts per week (plus overtime opportunities)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
- Checking guests in/out.
- Managing bills & payments.
- Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
- Prepare and serve food from a limited simple menu.
- Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks & snacks.
- Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely.

Useful Experience
- Hotel reception or similar experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
