Guest Services Supervisor
Do you enjoy leading people, taking ownership on shift and creating great guest experiences? We’re looking for a Guest Services Supervisor to support our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams and help deliver excellent service across the hotel.
This is a varied, hands-on supervisory role. You’ll provide direction to associates working across the hotel, help coordinate the shift and be a point of support when colleagues or guests need you. You’ll lead by example while keeping the bigger picture in mind, ensuring service runs smoothly and standards are maintained.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and support associates across Front Office, Food & Beverage and events during your shift.
- Organise daily tasks and help the team respond to changing guest and business needs.
- Lead by example in delivering warm, professional and attentive guest service.
- Handle guest concerns and support associates in finding effective solutions.
- Coach colleagues, provide feedback and help maintain a positive working environment.
- Work closely with other departments and managers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor service standards and ensure hotel policies and procedures are followed.
- Support the smooth running of the shift, including guest transactions, handovers and operational checks.
- Share guest feedback and ideas for improving service with the management team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident supporting a team, approachable under pressure and comfortable making decisions during a busy shift.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- A strong understanding of guest service and day-to-day hotel operations.
- The ability to organise and motivate a team across different areas of the hotel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, proactive and flexible approach.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
