Guest Services Ambassador
We are on the lookout for a warm, professional, and people-focused Guest Services Ambassador to join our team of 3 Rapport Ambassadors based near Fenchurch Street. In this dynamic and hybrid role, you will take ownership across three core areas — reception, hospitality, facilities, and post room — ensuring they run smoothly and with the highest standard of service.
You will be the welcoming face of a leading rail safety organisation, but this is far more than a typical front desk position. From greeting guests and coordinating meeting room setups to managing post and deliveries, you will be hands-on in creating a seamless experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Each day is different, and you’ll be encouraged to bring energy, initiative, and pride to every part of your role — helping to set the tone for a truly five-star workplace.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)

Main Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, personal welcome to all visitors and ensure a smooth, professional arrival experience
- Escort guests to their destinations and offer assistance with a friendly, proactive approach
- Deliver outstanding meeting room, hospitality, and facilities support, including refreshments and room set-ups
- Communicate with internal teams to meet visitor and meeting needs efficiently
- Maintain a pristine and organised service areas at all times
- Manage email and telephone communications professionally and promptly
- Report maintenance issues and keep the environment in top condition
- Support post room tasks, stationery supplies, and basic facilities duties
