We’re looking for a Guest Services Ambassador to join our fantastic Rapport team of two, supporting a prestigious law firm near Monument.

This role calls for someone with a true can‑do attitude, the kind of person who believes “no” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. You’ll be the face of the client, delivering service that is proactive, solution‑focused and consistently one step ahead. Anticipating needs, finding smart answers and creating seamless experiences will be second nature.

You’ll bring a warm, polished presence to every interaction and work closely with a supportive team where collaboration comes easily, and everyone is encouraged to find smart solutions and elevate the guest journey.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; with core hours between 8 AM – 6 PM, however, flexibility is required on occasion between 7 AM – 9 PM)

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality support, including catering, event setup and room preparation.
  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage calls and inboxes with clarity and a calm, assured approach.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage and overall comfort.
  • Coordinate bookings and guest requests to ensure meetings and visits run seamlessly.
  • Adopt a flexible, adaptable approach to ad‑hoc duties and any shift or location changes.
  • Be a proactive, present team member within a high‑performing reception environment.
  • Set up and clear down rooms for meetings, events and client hosting.
  • Carry out light administrative tasks to support daily operations.
