Guest Services Assistant
Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire (LN4 6LR)
Salary - £26,507.98
Permanent Contract (40hrs)

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Services Assistants to join our team at Tattershall Lakes Country Park.
As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play a key role in creating amazing holiday experiences. From welcoming guests and checking them in, to making bookings, answering questions, and resolving issues, you'll help ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Taking holiday and activity bookings
- Answering guest enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online
- Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Working closely with teams across the park to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Helping to create memorable holidays from arrival through to departure

About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Enjoys talking to and helping people
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Stays calm and positive under pressure
- Has strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in solving problems and finding solutions
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or a similar guest-facing role would be beneficial, but most importantly, we're looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
