Grovefield House Hotel is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Guest Service Associates to join our Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As part of our multi-skilled operations team, you'll support our Front Office, Food & Beverage, Bar and Banqueting departments, helping ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. Whether you're greeting guests at Reception, serving in our restaurant and bar, supporting weddings and events, or assisting with day-to-day hotel operations, no two days are the same.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
- Welcome guests, complete check-in and check-out procedures, and respond to guest enquiries professionally.
- Support Front Office, Food & Beverage, Bar and Banqueting operations as required.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with Company standards and licensing requirements.
- Assist with conferences, weddings, meetings, functions and special events.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across operational areas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Comply with all Company policies relating to Health & Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety, Security and Licensing.
- Undertake duties across operational departments following appropriate training.
