We are hiring for a Guest Service Centre Agent, based at The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel – A Grand Experience Crafted in Mayfair

The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is one of London's most iconic Art Deco hotels, perfectly positioned in the heart of Mayfair. Blending timeless elegance with modern luxury, the hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences. From our beautifully appointed rooms and suites to our vibrant restaurants, bars and event spaces, every detail is designed to create memorable moments for our guests.

As a Guest Service Centre Agent, you will be a vital link between our guests and hotel departments, ensuring every enquiry and request is handled efficiently, professionally and with genuine care. As the first point of contact for many guest interactions, you will deliver exceptional service over the telephone, coordinate guest requests, provide information about hotel facilities and services, and help create seamless experiences throughout each guest's stay.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, hotel operations or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • A friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using hotel systems and handling multiple requests accurately.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure prompt guest service delivery.

Previous hotel Reception or Front Office experience is highly desirable
