We’re looking for an experienced Guest Service Host to join our outstanding Rapport team in Manchester.
Our client is a rapidly growing, globally recognised American banking and financial services organisation. This role offers an exciting chance to support a major global-alignment project while delivering an exceptional, hotel-inspired service experience to all key stakeholders.
You’ll be joining a collaborative EMEA team of 24 and continuing to expand. Despite being spread across the region, the team works closely together and is eager to welcome a new member. In this role, you’ll be a vital presence on-site, fostering a positive, engaged workplace community, supporting employee satisfaction, and addressing any day-to-day challenges that arise.
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs)
Salary: £31,417 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Working alongside the team to manage the switchboard at all times.
- Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team.
- Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using our own booking and visitor management systems.
- Meeting and greeting all guests who visit our office.
- Liaising with the catering team regarding all meeting hospitality.
- Supporting local office team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic establishment (e.g., five-star hotel or corporate environment).
- Be proactive, reliable, and flexible.
- Continuously learn and provide support to immediate and the wider teams.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Look for opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our services.
- Be an effective communicator and team player.
- Strong computer knowledge.
