About The Role
As a Guest Services Host at Clarks Village, you will help create a positive, safe, and memorable experience for all guests, brand partners and colleagues.
You Will Do This By
- Maintaining a warm, empathetic and professional approach at all times
- Confidence in assisting visitors and providing accurate information about the centre and the local area.
- Communicating effectively across a variety of channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and email, ensuring all guest enquiries are responded to within agreed SLA timeframe.

Your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Managing daily operational duties such as lost and found property and Shop Mobility
- Encouraging visitor feedback through the Made You Smile platform
- Supporting tourism through local knowledge.
- Working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year, rotating duties with colleagues and adapting to changing needs within the team.
Safety, professionalism and accountability are essential. You will follow all Mitie policies, Health and Safety requirements, risk assessments and method statements, while maintaining confidentiality and using all equipment and PPE correctly. You will be responsible for reporting repairs, keeping work areas clean and tidy, coordinating handovers, and escalating issues when necessary. A commitment to continuous learning, flexibility and team support is key to success in this role.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable and professional, with strong personal presentation and the ability to communicate in basic English. They must hold the Right to Work in the UK. A flexible, honest and self-motivated approach is important, along with the determination to deliver consistently high standards. The role requires clear communication, teamwork, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to upholding Mitie's values. Confidence using radios and other communication tools is required, as well as proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be approachable, adaptable and proactive in maintaining excellent service levels.
