Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Guest Services Manager to lead front-of-house operations within the corporate Milton Keynes offices of a globally renowned bank. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace and visitor experience while managing and developing a high-performing guest services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Guest Services team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and building occupants.
- Act as the main contact for guest services matters, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Oversee reception, visitor management, meeting room services, and workplace hospitality functions.
- Support VIP visits, executive meetings, and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Monitor service standards, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Hours
40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary
£41,000
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing front-of-house, guest services, workplace experience, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent decision-making abilities.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
