Guest Services Supervisor, Mitie for Lloyds Banking Group

Location: Split time between Halifax and Leeds

Contract: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, £15.45 per hour

Deliver exceptional experiences. Lead with confidence. Make every day memorable.

Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced corporate Guest Services Supervisor who leads from the front - bringing the energy, presence and polish of five-star hospitality into a modern workplace.

You'll own the day-to-day Front of House operation across your area, ensuring each site delivers a consistent, high-quality experience. Highly visible and hands-on, you'll be just as willing to step onto the reception desk, support with AV queries, or deliver impactful team meetings, all whilst setting the tone for service excellence.

This role sits in our regional corporate integrated facilities management account area, for one of the UK's leading high street banks. You will work alongside some of the best in guest services and FM - helping shape workplaces people genuinely want to be in.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in hospitality, Front of House, or customer-focused service, ideally with some leadership responsibility
  • A natural leader who inspires confidence and brings people with them
  • Calm, professional, and solutions-focused — even under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished, welcoming presence
  • Someone who genuinely cares about people, service, and standards
  • Flexible, proactive, and happy to step in and support when it matters most

Main Duties

  • Leading Front of House shifts with confidence, energy, and purpose
  • Setting the tone for exceptional customer service and professional standards
  • Being a role model for behaviours, presentation, and guest engagement
  • Supporting rotas, absence management, and last‑minute cover when needed
  • Quality-checking service delivery and continuously raising the bar
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Rolling up your sleeves to support the team during busy or high-profile moments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
