About The Role
Join PwC's growing Data & AI Consulting team and help shape the future of insurance transformation.
As insurers modernise their core platforms and migrate to Guidewire Cloud, the demand for scalable, data-driven solutions has never been greater. We are looking for experienced Guidewire data leaders who can combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership to help clients unlock value from their data.
Working at the heart of complex Guidewire transformation programmes, you'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions, partnering with business, technology and architecture teams to drive successful outcomes for some of the UK's leading insurance organisations.
What your days will look like
- Lead the design and delivery of Guidewire data solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, Cloud Data Access (CDA), Guidewire Data Platform and wider enterprise data ecosystems.
- Define scalable data architectures, integration patterns and cloud-based solutions aligned to Guidewire and enterprise standards.
- Oversee data migration, ETL development, data modelling and integration activities within large-scale insurance transformation programmes.
- Establish robust data governance, quality, security and lineage controls to support business and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders, architects and technology teams to shape data strategies, reporting capabilities and analytics solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams, supporting solution development, technical assurance and successful programme delivery.

The role is for you if
- You have deep experience delivering Guidewire data solutions, including DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, Data Studio or Guidewire Data Platform.
- You have strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, ETL design, data modelling and integration patterns within complex insurance environments.
- You have successfully led data workstreams or technical delivery within Guidewire Cloud or InsuranceSuite transformation programmes.
- You have a strong understanding of insurance data across Policy, Claims, Billing and Customer domains.
- You have experience delivering cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics solutions using cloud-native technologies.
- You can confidently engage senior stakeholders, communicate complex technical concepts and lead teams through large-scale transformation programmes.
