Your Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration components
  • Develop and enhance GOSU code, including custom GOSU plugins
  • Configure Product Model, PCFs, Underwriting Rules, Admin Data, and Activities
  • Rating configuration experience is an added advantage
  • Work with Guidewire Web Services using SOAP/REST and XML
  • Apply strong understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts and best practices
  • Support London Market–specific workflows such as delegated authority, bordereaux processing, and complex risk structures
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

  • 8–10 years of overall experience working with Guidewire applications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on PolicyCenter configuration development experience.
  • Excellent hands-on experience on Java GOSU
  • GOSU Plugins Product Model Underwriting Rules PCFs Admin Data and Activities
  • Experience working on Lloyd’s of London insurance platforms and integrations
  • Hands-on exposure to Lloyd’s of London processes including syndicates, coverholders, binders, and slips
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration certification is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
