Role Title: Guidewire Solution Architect
Location: London/2 days onsite/week
Duration: 30/07/2027
Rate: 984GBP/Day (Inside IR35)
Role Description:
Guidewire Solution Architect – ClaimCenter & BillingCenter
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Extensive experience as a Guidewire Solution Architect with hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Proven experience delivering Guidewire solutions for leading P&C insurers such as Insurance and Intact Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain, including Claims Management, Billing Operations, FNOL, Policy Lifecycle, Recoveries, Subrogation, Fraud, and Settlement processes.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and delivery governance across Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter programs.
- Architect enterprise integrations between ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, Data Platforms, Digital Portals, and third-party insurance ecosystems.
- Drive Guidewire Cloud migration, modernization, version upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, best practices, and technical governance across Guidewire implementations.
- Expertise in Guidewire Integration Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, Messaging, Event-Driven Architecture, and Middleware technologies.
- Lead claims and billing transformation initiatives involving process automation, digital customer journeys, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion engineering excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, performance optimization, and reusable solution accelerators.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, supporting solution roadmaps, estimations, RFPs, architecture reviews, and strategic client engagements.
- Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while driving capability development and innovation within the Guidewire practice.
