• Provide subject matter expertise across the P&C insurance lifecycle, including:

  • First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
  • Claims Management
  • Billing Operations
  • Policy Lifecycle
  • Recoveries & Subrogation
  • Fraud Management
  • Claims Settlement
  • Regulatory Compliance

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Engineering Excellence & Delivery Governance

• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and quality engineering practices.
• Promote reusable accelerators, frameworks, and implementation methodologies.
• Support Agile delivery models and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
• Oversee technical delivery, solution quality, and implementation effectiveness.

Your Skills

Essential

• 12+ years of IT experience with significant experience in the Insurance domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience as a Guidewire Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter implementations and upgrades.
• Experience delivering Guidewire solutions for major P&C insurers, preferably RSA Insurance, Intact Insurance, or similar organizations.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes and operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation and modernization programs.
• Expertise in Guidewire integration frameworks and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience leading distributed architecture and engineering teams.

Desirable

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform implementations.
• Guidewire certifications.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
