Why Replace Your Gutters, Fascias & Soffits?
Your roofline is one of the most important parts of your home’s weather protection system. Damaged or ageing fascias, soffits and guttering can allow water to penetrate the roof structure, leading to rotten timber, damp issues and expensive repairs.
A professional gutter, fascia & soffit installation in Bedford offers several long-term benefits:
- Improved protection against rainwater damage
- Reduced maintenance compared with timber rooflines
- Increased lifespan of the roof edge
- Better support for guttering
- Enhanced kerb appeal
- A clean, modern finish that complements your property

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Repairing Rotten Rafter Feet
During this project we discovered areas of timber decay behind the existing fascia boards.
Rather than covering the damage, our roofing specialists repaired the affected rafter feet before installing the new roofline system. Repairing structural timbers where necessary ensures the new fascias have a solid fixing point and helps extend the life of the roof.
This attention to detail is an important part of every roofline installation completed by ROSE ROOFING.
Felt Support Trays for Long-Term Protection
As part of this installation we fitted new felt support trays.
Older roofs often suffer from roofing felt sagging into the gutter, causing water to collect behind the fascia and increasing the risk of timber rot.
Felt support trays create a continuous path from the roof covering into the gutter, helping rainwater drain efficiently while protecting the roof structure from moisture.
