Gym Performance Coach
£45,000–£50,000 + bonus | UK-based | Full-time | Regular European travel
You’re good at business. You’re great with people. You make things happen.
The Little Gym Europe is growing, with 41 gyms and more than 20,000 active members. We’re looking for a Gym Performance Coach to help new franchise partners launch successfully and build strong, sustainable businesses.
This is a varied, commercially focused role combining project management, business performance and entrepreneurial coaching. You’ll be the person who connects the dots, keeps plans on track, spots risks early and helps franchise partners turn their ambitions into results.
What will you do?
- Lead new gym launches: Coordinate the journey from franchise agreement through site development, recruitment, marketing, training and opening.
- Drive commercial performance: Review leads, conversion, membership, revenue and financial plans, turning performance data into practical actions.
- Support entrepreneurs: Help franchise partners navigate challenges, make decisions and take ownership of their business performance.
- Bring teams together: Work closely with the COO, HQ teams and Business Advisors to keep priorities aligned and resolve issues.
- Improve how we work: Strengthen launch processes, track milestones and share best practice across our growing European network.
- Support the first 12 months of trading: Help new gyms move from opening successfully to building sustainable businesses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
