Gymnastics Coach
Location: Bangor Aurora Aquatics and Leisure Centre, BT20 4BN
Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team - and right now, we are looking to recruit a Gymnastics Coach to join our team.
What You’ll Do as a Gymnastics Coach
- Deliver planned gymnastics sessions that support participant progression across the programme pathway
- Prepare, plan, and deliver high-quality coaching sessions that meet national governing body requirements
- Monitor coaching rotas and support appropriate coach-to-participant ratios
- Assist with the development and growth of gymnastics programmes across multiple sites
- Maintain accurate records and administration for all sessions in line with operational procedures
- Promote gymnastics and recreational activities through events, engagement, and publicity initiatives
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for customers and participants
Does This Sound Like You?
- Level 1 British Gymnastics qualification or equivalent
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/Level 4 or above
- Experience delivering safe and engaging coaching sessions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to equality, health and safety, and continuous professional development
- Willingness to undertake further training and development opportunities

This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
