Job Description
As a coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Reviewing VMO2 and CS B/HOPS within the 5 working Day SLA to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales
- Liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of the latest updates
- Contacting build partners via email and telephone
- Working closely with the small H&A team attending client Build Partner defect meetings when required
- Supporting the team to cover A/L and Sickness
To be responsible for all TDR Reviews, updating the Internal Data Base (Intelex), claiming Client MS on CS Siterra and VMO2 Siteflo, and managing the capture of all 18th edition, STC/FA, and Asbestos information to relevant internal trackers on UI Siteshare.
Duties
- Log all TDR reviews onto Intelex and Total Mobile
- Review all B/Hops in the working 5-day SLA to ensure we meet client’s requirements
- Review all re-submissions and close down defects on Intelex
- Claim relevant MS on client’s databases VMO2 (Siteflo) CS (Siterra)
- Respond to Client and Build Partners queries regarding TDR defects
- Work closely with FE to establish on-site electrical installation is completed to Scope of work and BS 7671 regulations
- Provide support to the H&A Team
- Attend client meetings as requested

Qualifications and Experience
- Electrotechnical NVQ Level 3 (C&G 5357 incorporating AM2S or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (C&G 2382-18 or equivalent)
- Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installation (C&G 2391-52 or equivalent)
- Professional Engineer - Hold a ‘JIB Gold Card – Approved Electrician’
- 5+ Years of Field Experience
- Strong understanding of LV power systems, protection, and control circuits
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience of working within a customer-facing environment
- Relevant Admin qualification or proven experience
- Strong experience of working within a fast-moving environment delivering a high-quality and robust delivery service
