What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a fashion-passionate Sales Consultant to join our team!
Your main goals as a Sales Consultant will be to create a memorable brand experience for our customers by enthusiastically conveying the passion behind our brand and helping them find exactly what they are looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude.
You will also contribute to achieving the store's objectives and, last but not least, ensure that the store is well-presented and fully stocked with the necessary products.
Our ambition is for every customer to connect with and embrace our brand identity, creating a lasting impression that encourages them to return to our stores.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and delivering the highest level of service while reflecting the brand's values.
- Sales: Achieve the store's commercial objectives and KPIs by communicating the unique value of the brand to customers.
- Store Operations: Work collaboratively with the team, carry out stock management, inventories, cash handling, and daily reporting to ensure smooth store operations.
- Store Image: Maintain excellent visual standards and ensure the store is properly organized and fully stocked.
- Cultural Fit: Contribute to a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and mutual support.
Requirements:

What You Need to Succeed in This Role
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion retail.
- Good level of English; additional languages would be an advantage.
- Strong team player with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and passion for delivering outstanding service.
