Role Overview

A shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the department. The post holder will deputise for the department manager as required.

Main Unit Details

The main unit at UHCW is a 30 station unit which operates:

  • Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays: am to 2300
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays: 0700 to 1930

Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, dynamic, and experienced nurse to join our team as a Band 6.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the dialysis unit as team leader as part of a flexible working pattern which includes on call responsibilities and weekend working.
