Company Description
MACADAMIA HAIR SPA is a hair and beauty salon established in Widnes in 2011 by Gill Ferguson, employing a team of 16 professionals. The salon specializes in advanced coloring services and is home to two Master Colour Experts who provide complimentary color consultations. Team members receive ongoing training at the Wella Academy in Manchester each month to refine and expand their skills. MACADAMIA HAIR SPA offers online booking via its Facebook page and website and is continually seeking skilled hair and beauty professionals to join its growing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hair Stylist role based at MACADAMIA HAIR SPA in Widnes. The Hair Stylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining high standards of client care and salon presentation. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough client consultations

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.
- Candidates should possess Cosmetology knowledge, including understanding of hair types, treatments, and professional products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, manage client expectations, and deliver a welcoming experience.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ
- Previous salon experience, particularly in coloring services, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional training are beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute positively to a team environment is expected.
