As a Hair Stylist at TGB Spa, you’ll bring passion, creativity, and expertise to a dynamic team of stylists and therapists. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services while embodying the luxury and innovation associated with both the TGB brand and the latest L'Oréal trends. Please note, this role is part-time 32 hours a week in our Brighton based Salon.
Your Role
- Deliver a full range of professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and extensions, using techniques that reflect current L'Oréal-led trends.
- Carry out thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and offer personalised, expert advice.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of service that ensures every client feels valued, confident, and well cared for.
- Promote and educate clients on hair and scalp health, recommending tailored treatments and retail products.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving industry techniques and seasonal trends, ensuring your skills and styling reflect the latest looks.
- Actively work to entice new clientele through personal engagement, reviews and recommendations.
- Work with our Social Media Team to create engaging, high-quality content- including reels and posts- that align with both your personal brand and the Spa aesthetic.
- Support daily salon operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

About you
You're a talented stylist who combines creativity with exceptional client care. You love staying ahead of the latest trends, take pride in your work and enjoy building genuine relationships with clients. With a positive attitude and a passion for helping people look and feel their best, you'll thrive as part of our growing TGB Spa team.
You will have:
- Certified Level 2 NVQ in hairdressing (or above).
- At least one year's salon experience and confidence working on the floor.
- Strong skills across cutting, colouring, styling and extensions.
- Experience working with curls, coils and all hair types.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for building client relationships.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the confidence to work independently.
- A passion for hair, beauty and continuous professional development.
- The drive to grow your client base, build your profile and make your mark.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
