Hair Transplant Doctor
Central London (W1)
£70,000 – £90,000+ per annum, DOE
Full-time or Part-time (min. 3 days/week)

Join a globally recognised hair restoration group at its flagship Central London clinic. Full clinical training is provided in-house, so whether you're a newly qualified doctor or an experienced hair transplant practitioner, this is a genuine opportunity to build a specialist career under a well-established international brand.

About the Employer

Our client is an internationally established hair restoration group with several decades of clinical experience and hundreds of thousands of patients treated across dozens of clinics worldwide. Their London flagship has been based in the capital for several decades and runs its own dedicated in-house training academy. Their ethos centres on safety, education and innovation, with all invasive procedures carried out exclusively by qualified medical physicians using single-use instruments.

Who They're Looking For

  • GMC or GDC registered — open to both doctors and dentists, as hair transplantation is taught entirely in-house rather than as a recognised university specialty
  • Junior doctors welcome — a newly qualified doctor with no prior experience is considered an ideal candidate, trained from the ground up
  • Experienced hair transplant practitioners are equally welcome — prior experience means faster training and a higher starting salary
  • Must already hold the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in hair restoration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Training & Development

Every doctor is trained in the employer's own proprietary hair transplant technique through its in-house academy, whether starting from first principles or transitioning from a different method.

Working Arrangements

This role requires exclusivity within hair transplantation, so candidates cannot continue to practise hair transplant work at another clinic alongside this position. Other specialties, such as dentistry, medical aesthetics or another area of surgery, are unaffected by this requirement. Full-time is preferred, though part-time (minimum 3 days per week) will be considered for a strong candidate.
