TONI&GUY’s Artistic Team collaborates with leading designers at London Fashion Week, creating runway styles that inspire hair professionals nationwide.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Hairdresser role based in Leatherhead, Surrey. The successful applicant will provide professional hair cutting, styling, and hair care services to clients while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and safe salon environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences
- Recommending suitable styles and treatments
- Delivering high-quality services that align with TONI&GUY standards
- Maintaining workstation cleanliness
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Supporting salon operations such as scheduling, product recommendations, and retail support
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the salon team and actively participate in ongoing education to stay current with trends and techniques.
Qualifications
- NVQ City & Guilds or equivalent
- Strong Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles.
- Knowledge of Hair Care techniques and products to support healthy, manageable hair.
- NVQ level 2 minimum training or certification, with a solid understanding of salon best practices and safety standards.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented salon environment and follow established brand standards.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education to keep up with industry trends and TONI&GUY collections.
- Previous experience in a professional salon setting is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
